No Salary or Wage Data Collected
The salary, hourly rate, and other financial figures you enter into our calculators are processed entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. This data is never transmitted to our servers, never stored, and never shared with third parties. We have no access to your inputs.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic patterns - pages visited, general geographic region (country/state level only), browser type, and session duration. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. Analytics data helps us understand which calculators are most useful so we can improve them.
Advertising
We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing history across websites. These third-party advertising cookies are controlled by Google, not by us. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings. AdSense does not have access to the financial figures you enter into our calculators.

Third-Party Service Providers

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, stores the website files and basic server logs including IP addresses and timestamps for security and performance debugging. Google Analytics provides aggregated usage analytics with IP anonymization enabled. Google AdSense displays advertisements and may use cookies for ad personalization unless you opt out. Google Fonts serves the typography used on this site. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
How We Respond to Privacy Requests
If you submit a privacy request through our contact form, we will verify your identity before processing the request. This typically involves confirming you control the email address associated with any data we hold. For deletion requests, we will purge contact form records, any data tied to your IP address in analytics, and any other personally identifiable information within 30 days of verification. For access requests, we will provide a copy of all data we hold in a machine-readable format within 30 days. For opt-out requests regarding personalized advertising, we will honor the request immediately at the server level where possible and provide instructions for browser-level opt-out where server-level enforcement is not feasible.
Changes to This Policy
If we materially update this privacy policy, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page and post a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days. We will also email any users who have submitted contact form requests in the past 90 days. Minor clarifications and typo fixes do not trigger this notification process. If we are acquired, merge with another entity, or transfer this site to a new owner, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a homepage notice at least 30 days before any such transfer becomes effective.
